Our goal is to promote career success, whether that means getting your first job out of law school, moving to a new law firm, changing practice areas, making partner, moving in-house, finding a balance between work and family or even using the skills you've gained as a lawyer to transition into another profession. About Founder Melissa Kurfist, Esq. Melissa is a graduate of Tufts University and Fordham Law School, where she was a legal writing teaching assistant and editor of the Urban Law Journal. She practiced at Kaye Scholer LLP in New York City before entering into legal recruiting and coaching. She has helped numerous attorneys find rewarding jobs and achieve their goals and has assisted many law firms and corporations in finding the right attorney for their needs.
